Looks good to me! Yum! Thanks for sharing your attempts. Did they like 'em at the potluck?

While I think I heard more comments on the chicken adobo, I think my classmates did (Dan and I brought a lot of food that night)... ~S~

I like the way the food is presented. And paneer paratha sounds interesting. I've never had that.

Sorry for the delay, Judith! I think that was the first time I've ever had anything other than Roti or Naan with Indian or Indian-inspired food, too. ~S~

I do something similar with a Moroccan seasoning blend that I had gotten at a food show. I just drizzle some olive oil over the potatoes, mix, sprinkle a bunch of seasoning on, and mix again. Maybe next time I'll try adding a little brown sugar

Neato. Which food show was that, mind if I ask...?

So cool! It was fun to watch your progress through the recipe. Thanks for the "lessons learned" at the end -- very helpful!!

Not a problem... will definitely give you a headsup when I try this recipe again!

Nom, nom, nom! Why didn't I see the rice pilaf on the menu? I had stupid white rice with my short ribs for some reason... hmph... ;-) I think Sanaa's going to fade a bit compared to the Animal Kingdom Lodge's other dining offerings, but it's perfectly fine with me if it becomes a quiet spot that always has a table available. And a wine flight.

Don't Worry, AJ... I probably wouldn't have caught the pilaf as an offering myself it weren't for my sis... Who knows? Thanks to its relative distance to everything else, Sanaa might end up on the updated "Best Disney World Restaurants Without A Reservation"...and that is fine by me.
